About “LAW AND JUSTICE – CRITICAL LAW REVIEW”
Law and Justice – Critical Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal published two times in a year. The Journal focuses on issues related to justice, rule of law, legal culture, legitimacy, democracy and human rights in both public and private law. Articles, case notes and comments, discussions of legislative development, book reviews and similar types of papers are welcome. The advisory and peer review board of the journal is composed of distinguished academics in the different fields of law. The journal will include papers in both Turkish and English and hopefully will contribute to legal studies and serve as one of the basic reference tools.
The journal will be reviewed upon the contributions and critics of the readers and researchers. It is intended that the journal will be listed in international citation indexes in a short period of time.
